There's a set of cards available which has ideas for non digital distraction. Personally I just have a cup of tea and stare into space for 5 - 10 minutes. That usually gets me back into focus. Haha -well the focus of procrastination, quite often. 🎠

I watched Eno with the AI determining which segments we would see. I think we got a poor version since I thought the documentary was rather boring about an interesting person. I feel like I saw the film and also didn't see the film because of items that were missed. I have some ADHD elements but not full blown ADHD. Wish that was easier to diagnose.
