Today I feel 35. I'm actually 48. I think I feel 35 because my career is going well and I'm in the market to buy a house after relocating a few years ago. But most days I feel older than my age because I've been doing a terrible job taking care of myself.
Most days, I'm not sure I'm emotionally older than my 10-year-old self. However, my Garmin watch has a "fitness age" feature that tells me I'm five years younger than my birth age.
